"A Piece of Heaven Fallen Down to Earth”

This Hiking Adventure is for Intermediate to Advance Hikers

Welcome to the Province of Campania!

Tuesday, November 4, 2025

Campania is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. Campania is famous for its gulfs (Naples, Salerno and Policastro) as well as for three islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida).

There's no better way to see the Amalfi than by seeing it by above & leaving your footprints behind on the many breathtaking trails.

Here are the daily hikes you will be experiencing.

Wednesday, November 5, 2025: Path of Lemons

Departure: 9:00 am Arrival: 18:00

Transportation: Bus Transfers Organized. Drop off Maiori, Pick up Ravello

This excursion is a bit particular, for most of the route we will walk on country lanes, long stairways and ancient streets between the various villages inhabited, there will be many ancient churches that we meet on our way.

Then get your cameras ready and they will work a lot today.

The first part of the excursion is the Path of the Lemons. This route was also originally a mule track, but this time it connects the village of Maiori with its "twin neighbor": Minori.

It is a fairly easy excursion, there are no great challenges.

The route is characterized by the typical pergola terraces, by the silence, by the colors and by the scents. It is an immersion in the traditions and culture of terracing, we will see olive trees, vines and of course we will be able to appreciate the lemon, "the gold of the Amalfi Coast", known throughout the world since Roman times and subject to I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication). Once arrived in Minori, the Path of the Lemons ends, but we will keep walking.

In this second part of the excursion, we will start from the village of Minori and after long staircases and ancient alleys we will reach another pearl of the Amalfi Coast the beautiful Ravello (1500 Stairs), passing through the famous Auditorium of Niemeyer we arrive in Piazza del Duomo, where we can have lunch in the beautiful square. You will have a few hours to have lunch and explore Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone on your own time

(entrance fees, not included)

Altitude diff. : +370 m Difficulty: Difficult

Attention: There are approx. 3000 Stairs in this hike

Includes: Breakfast, Two Guides and Round Trip Transfers. Recommended: Running Shoes

Thursday, 06 November, 2025: La Dolce Vita-Capri

At 9:00 (times of ferry is subject to change) you will take the ferry from the harbor of Sorrento and in less than 30 minutes you’ll disembark in Capri.

Today's amazing trail will be "Il Senteiro dei Fortini" a trail on the west side of the isle of Capri from south to north passing coves with turquoise waters and old forts (hence the name!)

The famous Caprese Convertible Taxis will transfer you on the western side of Capri where a surprisingly attractive path, rich in history and enhanced by unique vegetation with intense fragrances and colours of Mediterranean scrubland is waiting to be walked. The "Sentiero dei Fortini" runs along the western coast and passes by a series of old blockhouses ("fortini"). These were built at the time of the Saracen invasions, and they were converted into short range artillery forts by the English and French during the Napoleonic wars. The path goes through deep coves with crystal blue water and limestone rocky promontories where you pass by the "Fortini" from where the trail gets its name. After this amazing trail your Caprese Taxi will bring you to Capri to experience "La Dolce Vita"

(Free Time in Capri)

Depending on time, you will take the stairs back or the funicular (not included in price) back to the Marina Grande to board the ferry back to Sorrento at 18:00 (time subject to change)

Total duration: 2 h Difficulty: Moderate

Includes: Breakfast, Two Guides, Ferries, Transfer

Friday, 07 November, 2025: Path of the Gods

Start time: 9:00 am Arrival Time: 8PM

The Path of the Gods, certainly one of the most beautiful paths in the world. Very interesting are also the terraced cultivations and the ancient rural buildings scattered along the way.

We arrive at Positano by bus, you will have a free morning exploring Positano on your own. Positano is the Amalfi Coast's front-cover splash, with vertiginous houses tumbling down to the sea in a cascade of sun-bleached peach, pink and terracotta. No less photo-worthy are its steep streets and steps, flanked by wisteria-draped hotels, smart restaurants and fashionable retailers.

We will meet and walk up together to the start of the path at the bottom of Stairs in Positano. There are 1750 stairs and in 1 hour we reach the village of Nocelle, where we will taste the proverbial lemon juice (extra cost) of the Amalfi Coast. Then we continue our hike to the beginning or end of The Path of the Gods. We will stop along the way at a Shepherds House for supper, " with the tasting of local products in a spectacular location." Wednesday: 12 November, 2025 : Three Mountain Trail

Departure at 9am Return:3PM

Transportation: Bus transfers organized

This excursion is certainly the most demanding one. It's for trained people, who want to discover the wildest nature of the Lattari Mountains.

The Path of the Gods is among the best known of the Amalfi Coast and therefore also among the most "crowded", but not everyone knows that the circuit of 3 Hills is in fact more panoramic, as it overlooks it in altitude.

We start the hike from the square of Bomerano at 600m of altitude, go up on the roadway and continue along a mule track, through mixed woods, coppice chestnuts and holm oaks.

The path leads us to the first peak of the 3 hills (1,122 mt.), beautifully overlooking the coast.

We are all rewarded by an enchanting view, a stunning window opens onto the entire Amalfi Coast: Capri, Sant'Angelo a tre pizzi , the highest peaks of the Lattari Mountains, Vesuvius, Cilento coast ... in short, it is an experience that takes your breath away! Afterwards you cross Monte Calabrice (1145 m) to reach the Capo Muro saddle (1072 m). The path back to Bomerano is initially a steep descent on rock and stony ground which then becomes a rolling road, until we reach the Bomerano square again.

Distance covered: 7mi (11km)

Ascent: 1,598ft (487m); Descent: 1,598ft (487m); Activity hours: 5

Recommended: Hiking Boots and Poles

Included: Breakfast

Thursday, 13 November, 2025: The Little Bell Trail

Departure 9:00 Return at 16:00

Let's start immediately with a super panoramic starting point: the Piazzetta of Termini, where Capri seems to be close enough to touch with your hand. From there we go down to the tip of the Campanella, the last strip of Peninsula, the final act of the Lattari Mountains, a beautiful place, full of charm and ancient history. In fact, during the walk, you reach the old temple dedicated to the goddess Athena.

The excursion to Monte San Costanzo, in addition to offering incredibly panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and Capri, is rich in history; the many legends that can be told are very intriguing. We can imagine the reign of the mythical Sirens and the navigation of Ulysses, while the olive trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub surround us.

Once at the tower, you keep hiking along the ridge which is a path suitable for expert hikers, an unpaved dirt ground with a low grade slope, you will arrive at the Chapel of San Costanzo. Along this hike we are also surrounded by the plants of the Mediterranean scrub, especially the asphodel, a "special" plant, widely used in Ancient Greek times because it was found in the places chosen for the burial of loved ones.

Once on Monte San Costanzo we will stop for a break with a 360 ° view of the Amalfi Coast, the Gulf of Salerno, the Lattari Mountains, Sant’Angelo a tre pizzi, Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Procida. What marvelous scenery!

From Monte San Costanzo we descend through stairs to return to the square of Termini with a stop along the way at a local farm for lunch (Azienda Agrituristica Fossa Papa)

Lunch Menu: Bruschetta, Mix of Salumi, grilled vegetables, mozzarella Sorrentino, rolls with rocket and tomatoes, omelet with vegetables, Eggplant Parmigiana and sausage, baked potato, house cake sweet with .25 liters of wine

Please advise if there is any allergies or intolerances with the above menu

Altitude diff. : +450 m Total duration: 6 h Difficulty: “H” Recommended: Running Shoes
